ResQ, through a collaboration between Food Hubs and supermarkets, finds a point of connection between people in need and food surplus, contributing to the reduction of food waste and environmental impact. Using dedicated refrigerators and shelves in supermarkets, a digital certification for sellers, and a platform for interaction and optimization of inventory. ResQ streamlines the collection and distribution of these foods, offering them at advantageous prices for everyone and mitigating the differences between regular consumers and those in need, according to a model of sustainability and inclusion.
