The course aims at enabling designers to understand their identity as innovation leaders in society and business organizations, and to contribute to the innovation strategy as value creation and value capture through radical innovation of products, services and business models.
The course is a unique journey, aimed at developing capabilities and skills to be effective leaders who promote sustainable innovation. The goal is obtained by focusing on two dimensions: (1) on you as a person (how to be an innovation strategist); (2) and on organizational relations (how to nurture a team and an organization that create innovations).
